We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
